The MPAA, known for its strong line on piracy and using other people’s work without permission, has apparently been doing exactly what it sues other people for doing. From here:

Way back in October last year whilst going through the website referals list for another of my sites I stumbled across this link. That’s right, my blogging software is being used by the MPAA (Motion picture Association of America); probably one of the most hated organisations known to the internet. Cool, I thought, until I had a look around and saw that all of the back links to my main site had been removed with nary a mention in the source code!

Which all seems slightly at odds with the MPAA’s line on piracy. From their site:

Piracy is the unauthorized taking, copying or use of copyrighted materials without permission. It is no different from stealing another person’s shoes or stereo, except sometimes it can be a lot more damaging.
